A Message From Massage Specialist Tina Henning...

Are you frustrated by aches and pains or frequently feeling stiff? Are you disappointed because your pain is holding you back from your favorite activities? 

Working with active adults for several years I have found a common theme in most of their pain and injuries. When they were hurt, they would go to the doctor and were told to stop what they were doing and “rest”, take medication, or have an injection. These were all short term fixes. When they went back to their training and activities after these interventions, the pain came right back. Now these people felt lost and unsure of what to do to keep their pain away so they could continue to live an active life. I love helping people make smart decisions about when to be active and when to “back off”. I have also found that these active adults and athletes are not sure what they should be doing to prevent injuries from happening. It has become my mission to keep as many people as possible feeling their best and performing at the highest level possible.  

You see, everyone with pain in the Denver area asks us the same questions…

  • Why does my back/shoulder/neck/knee/etc pain hurt so much? (I don’t even know what I did…)
