Your Trainer - Andrew Briggs
Most personal trainers like to use a “one-size-fits-all” approach when it comes to training — but we’re not like the other guys. Instead, we work with you closely to assess you properly and come up with a personalized training program specific to you and your fitness goals. Every plan is unique and customized to the individual. Your plan will be modified to fit your experience and comfort level.
We help you through personal training by assessing limits in your movement, strength, flexibility, and mobility so we can design a roadmap to help you get stronger, injury-proof, and become more capable in your daily life. Not only that, but we also provide nutrition coaching as a part of your personal training program here at KinetikChain.
